I’m a|

I’m interested in building things that last and thinking clearly in a noisy world.

By day I work across data, digital platforms and organisational change in the public sector. Much of that work involves making sense of complex systems, modernising, and helping people use data and technology in ways that support better decisions and services.

The views expressed here are my own and do not represent my employer or any other organisation. Where work or research informs a post, I avoid confidential material and make the basis clear.

But this site isn’t just about work.

It’s a place to explore ideas around leadership, personal responsibility, and the craft of building things well. Some posts are about data, platforms and transformation. Others drift into projects, life, entrepreneurship, belief, discipline, and the long game of creating something meaningful.

I’m less interested in hype and more interested in things that endure: clear thinking, strong teams, useful systems, and a life built with intention.

If that resonates, you’ll probably feel at home here.
